Nightfall is an online science-fiction/fantasy/utopian-dystopian role-playing community revolving around the fictional world of Sollaris.
The people born in this world are granted special abilities from the starlight.
A Deeper Look into the World[]
Sollaris is a planet surrounded by four stars. For eons its inhabitants have been living under complete daylight, except for the people who dwell inside the Domed City.
The superhuman abilities they possess are learned to control once they reach the age of 15, at an elite operation called the Sunova Institute. Their powers are said to be coming from the energy given off by their stars that are their plant's life force.
But when the stars are slowly beginning to lose their radiance, Sollarians find themselves weakened every minute. They are losing their powers. And probably the only planet they will ever know.
They then call the phenomenon as 'Nightfall'.
Only a very few people have knowledge of what it is all about. The students at the Institute see it as their job to seek for them and create a solution to the devastating issue before Sollaris faces a possible oblivion
