Only the Luxen and Alten are capable of absorbing starlight energy into their Lifestream. Therefore, these two races are granted with super human powers they learn to control during their secondary education.
Until the age of 15, the Luxen and Alten people have haphazard flow of lifestream in their body. Due to that, Luxens and Altens are advised to abstain the use of their abilities. Most times uncontrolled usage of it results to accidents.
